Group Visit Request Form

PLEASE NOTE: This form is ONLY to be used by high school counselors or community organizations. If you are a high school student scheduling your own personal visit, please head to nku.edu/visit!

Group visits can be organized on weekdays, during the hours of 9am-3pm, excluding university holidays and the dates of certain other on-campus events. Visit dates must be requested at least one week in advance.

Once you submit this form, the request will go to our Welcome Center Coordinator and they will reach out to you to confirm your visit details or suggest another date, if applicable. Lunch may be requested, dependent on availability and group size.
